Job Title: Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead
Company: AchieveCE
Type: Contract, 1099
Compensation: $50/hour
Hours: 20 hours/week
Job Overview
Are you a successful freelance video producer or solo-studio looking for a consistent, long-term anchor client? We are looking for a remote Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead to partner with us for a dedicated, 20-hour-per-week retainer.
We, AchieveCE (achievece.com), are one of the fastest-growing, nationally accredited continuing education platforms in healthcare, and we are looking for a contract Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead with strong video production and editing expertise to lead ad creative development and execution. Powered by our proprietary subscription tech and holding every major medical accreditation (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE, AGD), we are scaling aggressively. This is a video-first role focused primarily on creating high-performing ads to fuel that growth, but it also requires broader creative direction across branding, storytelling, and campaign execution. The right person can move from concept to finished asset, whether using AI tools, traditional production methods, or a combination of both.
This is a part-time remote contractor role designed for a successful freelancer looking for a consistent anchor client, with potential to expand into a full-time position in the future for someone who can both execute and lead. You should be comfortable producing and editing video yourself, shaping narrative and brand presentation, refining creative to a polished standard, and coordinating outside creative support when a project requires additional production capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Concept, create, and produce ad creative, with a primary focus on video ads
Lead video production from concept through final delivery, including scripting, shot planning, editing, sound, pacing, and creative refinement
Use AI creative tools to generate, accelerate, and iterate ad concepts and assets where appropriate
Manually edit and refine AI-assisted or traditionally produced creative to achieve polished, brand-ready results
Oversee audio quality and sound design as part of the video production process
Create supporting graphics and visual assets as needed for campaigns, landing pages, email, paid media, and social
Develop multiple creative variations for testing across channels
Shape brand presentation and storytelling across ad campaigns and other creative assets
Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand materials
Source, direct, and manage freelance or contract videographers or other creative contributors for in-person shoots or specialized production needs
Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control for outsourced or delegated work
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to translate campaign goals into effective creative
Organize creative files, workflows, and production handoff processes efficiently
Role Fit
This role is a strong fit for someone who is both a senior video creative and a working creative leader. You should be able to personally create and edit ad assets, guide branding and storytelling decisions, and step into a lead role when projects require coordination across videographers, designers, editors, or other creative contributors. Expect to spend roughly 80% of your time executing and editing, and 20% directing strategy
Contract Structure
B2B Contract engagement structured as a 1099 role or through the candidate’s own business entity
Approximately 20 hours per week
$50 per hour
Preference for candidates who operate through their own business or established contractor entity
This is not an employee role
*Candidates should be prepared to share examples of ad creative, video production and editing work, AI-assisted creative work, branding or storytelling-focused projects, and any experience directing freelancers, contractors, videographers, or other creative vendors.
