Senior Vice President of Operations Job

Our client is looking for a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Retirement Communities, or Senior Housing, preferably based near Florida.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to visit and oversee various senior living and retirement communities across different locations.

Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all communities nationwide — ensuring excellence in care, service, and financial outcomes.
Inspire Leaders: Coach, mentor, and empower regional and corporate leadership teams to perform at their best.
Turnaround & Growth: Strategically boost occupancy, control expenses, and drive NOI improvement through on-site leadership and innovation.
Deliver Results: Meet and exceed financial targets while aligning execution with long-term growth goals.
Champion Expansion: Oversee seamless integration of new acquisitions and establish best practices across all properties.

10+ years of senior leadership experience in senior housing, healthcare, or hospitality operations.
Proven success in turnaround management — driving occupancy, NOI, and overall performance.
Strong financial and strategic acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to visit communities and engage with on-site leaders.
