Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH), operator of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, is always seeking passionate, hospitality-driven professionals to join our shipboard teams. Positions are shipboard-based with contracts typically lasting 6-8 months, followed by paid vacation.
We are currently hiring energetic individuals with relevant experience in the following areas:
Kitchen and Culinary Positions
Chef de Partie
Responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in assigned sections, supervising junior staff, and ensuring food safety standards.
Sous Chef
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and leading kitchen teams.
Assistant Cook
Support cooks in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in galley areas, and assist with basic cooking tasks.
Teppanyaki Chef
Perform interactive Japanese-style cooking shows while preparing fresh meals for guests.
Pastry Chef / Assistant Pastry
Create desserts, breads, and pastries; experience in high-volume production required.
Hospitality and Food & Beverage Positions
Assistant Waiter
Support waitstaff in restaurants by setting tables, serving food/beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Bar Waiter / Bartender
Prepare and serve drinks, provide excellent bar service, and upsell specialties.
Restaurant Steward (Busser/Server)
Clear tables, assist with setup/breakdown, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
Housekeeping and Cleaning Positions
Stateroom Steward / Cabin Steward (Hotel Room Housekeeping)
Clean and maintain guest cabins to high standards, provide turndown service, and handle guest requests.
Utility - Janitorial (Galley & Hotel)
Perform deep cleaning in kitchen, public areas, and crew spaces; ensure hygiene compliance.
Laundry Personnel
Handle guest and crew laundry operations, including washing, ironing, and distribution.
Other Sectors
Guest Services / Front Desk Roles
Handle check-in, guest inquiries, and onboard accounts.
Entertainment and Activities Staff
Host events, activities, and assist with guest engagement.
Photographer
Capture and sell professional photos onboard (minimum 1 year experience required).
Requirements:
Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships preferred.
Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with long hours.
Valid passport and medical fitness required.

Key Requirements:
Minimum age: 18-21 depending on role.

C1/D visa for many nationalities (company provides support letter after offer); Schengen visa if needed for European ports.
