Senior Test Engineer Job

Participate in sprint planning meetings and gain knowledge on requirements mentioned by the product owner, business team or other stakeholders.
Attend all scum meetings and provide test status or updates.
Work with Software Delivery Manager to develop the test planning, Designing and execution plan.
Write end-to-end, functional, regression and user acceptance test scripts for web and mobile applications in qTEST Test Management Tool and Update the existing test cases based on the requirement changes.
Map test cases written in qTEST to with respective Jira user story and Create Requirement Traceability Matrix
Execute the test cases while performing the functional, regression, integration, UAT testing.
Create defects in JIRA /QTEST for the failed test cases/scenarios, generate reports on test execution progress and defect status.
Participate in defect triage meetings and monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
Participate in defect review meetings tracked through JIRA.
Create or collect data in different environments to do performance testing and load testing using JMeter, Neo Load or similar load testing tools.
Write SQL Queries for end to end/back-end data validation.
Work with scrum teams to establish and promote best practices, standards, and processes for system and automation testing.
Work with technical support team and developer to root cause the issues reported from the internal UAT, and the field.
Create test plans for unique testing situations, and contribution to automation testing solutions.
Automated web application test cases in Java/Python using automation tools like Selenium.
Maintain code in a Version Control System, GIT, Bit Bucket to track changes in files.
Execute Load/Performance testing using JMeter.
Provide timely updates to management on open issues and projects.
Coordinate activities with development team and Product owner to ensure product/project requirements are met consistently.
Design, develop and test the various automation frameworks for Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Supply Chain Management Applications.
Responsible for designing and developing automation framework by using selenium / Java or Python (preferred) /TestNG/Appium/Rest Assured or other tools.
Perform testing in Mobile and Web Applications related to Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning, Supply Chain management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, Cloud solutions on AWS, Linux platforms.
Work with peer test engineers and create testing reports/ metrics and share with Software Delivery manager and other stakeholders as required.
