Senior Territory Manager Job

Position Summary
We are looking for a driven Senior Territory Manager to expand our presence by generating new business opportunities across multiple markets and strengthening partnerships with key decision-makers in existing accounts. This position calls for a consultative sales style, a keen ability to uncover client needs, and the determination to deliver solutions that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, and solution-focused discussions to uncover opportunities.
- Deliver customized presentations that emphasize products, service options, pricing plans, and promotional programs.
- Oversee the complete sales process, ensuring contracts and paperwork are accurate and submitted on time.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets and sales objectives.
- Build long-term client partnerships by serving as a trusted resource and providing ongoing account support.
- Represent the organization with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven success in business-to-business, outside, or related sales roles; wireless/telecom industry experience is highly valued.
- Track record of success in prospecting, cold outreach, and account growth.
- Strong communication abilities with polished negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a consistently positive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
