We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sales Representative to join our mission of modernizing IT and Enterprise Service Management through consultative and intelligent solutions. This is a commission-based role ideal for experienced professionals who excel in value-based solution selling, particularly in the ITSM and ServiceNow space.

A self-starter with 7+ years in technical solution sales (preferably in ITSM/ESM, ServiceNow, or SaaS platforms)
Deep understanding of the ITIL framework, service desk transformation, and enterprise solution selling
Strong storytelling, proposal creation, and CxO engagement skills
US-based, with the flexibility to work remotely and independently
What You’ll Do

Identify and engage prospects across mid-to-large enterprises
Lead with a consultative mindset to uncover pain points and match Xentrixus offerings
Drive full-cycle sales from lead gen to close in coordination with our leadership and solution architects
Represent Xentrixus at key virtual events or webinars (if needed)
