Job Duties: Manage the overall delivery and implementation of new or enhanced Tavant products for customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams; Build road maps, and prepare and implement project plans, scope, timelines, and deliverables; Estimate and allocate required resources and direct the development, maintenance and enhancement of IT products and solutions; Oversee project budget by monitoring expenses, analyzing cost variances, and implementing corrective measures to ensure financial and operational compliance; and Monitor project plans and program risks, track deliverables, prepare and present status reports, and identify, escalate, and resolve issues to ensure timely project execution.
Salary: $151,000.00/Year to $152,000.00/Year

Job Requirements:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of progressive experience as a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, Associate, Programmer Analyst, Application Development Senior Analyst, Software Engineer, Senior Analyst or a related occupation. The required eperience must inlude two years of experience with Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Kafka, HBASE, Spark, Solr, and IntelliJ.
