Senior Technical / Functional Consultant - Infor M3 Job

Doppio – a leading Infor Alliance and Delivery Partner in North America – is seeking a Senior Technical and Functional Consultant specializing in Infor M3 configuration, technical integration and development to join our Professional Services team in Vancouver, Canada. This person will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex M3 technical solutions for our clients, with a focus on integrations, automation, and system connectivity.

This Senior Consultant will leverage their expertise in Infor M3 development tools, integration platforms, and document management systems to deliver seamless, automated solutions that optimize our clients' ERP systems. Our ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of Infor M3 CloudSuite and on-premise environments, extensive experience with Infor ION integration platform, and proven ability to deliver complex integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation and training.

Job duties
• Play a lead technical and functional role on complex technical projects and engagements, managing all aspects of technical work from initiation to delivery while serving as primary technical and functional point of contact for the client
• Collaborate with solution architects to identify technical requirements and define integration approaches
• Perform comprehensive data mapping and transformation for complex integrations
• Design and implement highly customized M3 technical solutions using Infor ION integration platform, including data flows, XSLT mapping, monitors, workflows, and scripting
• Develop and implement M3 Web Services integrations across various M3 panels and configure integrations for both single-tenant and multi-tenant CloudSuite environments
• Build, configure and maintain EDI integrations (820, 812, 850, 856, 810, etc.)
• Build, configure and maintain banking/finance integrations (ACH, Positive Pay, WIRE, Lockbox, Check Files)
• Implement and configure Infor Document Management (IDM), Infor Document Capture, and Ephesoft Transact document capture software with OCR-enabled automation
• Develop complex regex patterns for document detail extraction and design automated document archival workflows
• Plan and execute M3 system upgrades, including migration of EDI and fi nance interfaces across versions (e.g., V10.1 to V13.4) and single-tenant to multi-tenant migrations
• Create custom APIs, optimize integrations, and develop SQL stored procedures and SSIS packages for data integration
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor and train junior team members while contributing to internal methodologies and best practices


Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent

Wage: $110,000 to $130,000 annual salary

Benefits package: Extended medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, pension contribution. Eligible to receive annual bonus.

15 days of vacation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 development and technical implementation in a consulting environment
• 5+ years of experience with Infor ION integration platform, including data flows, XSLT mapping, monitors, workflows, and scripting
• Proven experience with M3 Web Services across multiple M3 applications and panels (OIS180, OIS390, PCS260, DPS170, DRS100, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with both single-tenant and multi-tenant M3 CloudSuite environments
• Hands-on experience with Ephesoft Transact configuration and implementation, including complex regex development for data extraction
• Experience with Infor Document Management (IDM) and Infor Document Capture solutions
• Proven track record of M3 system migrations and upgrades, including interface migration and optimization
• Strong understanding of M3 backend database structure
• Experience with EDI integrations and banking/finance integrations (ACH, Positive Pay, WIRE, Lockbox, Check Files)
• Experience integrating DocBits AP Processing with Infor M3, including AP/AR payment interfaces (ACH, WIRE, Checks, SEPA, BACS, Positive Pay, Virtual Cards) and AR inbound processes (Lockbox, Cash Payments, BillTrust, IREC, Milberg).
• Strong functional and technical understanding of ABS100, ABS180, GLS840, GLS850, and related M3 finance modules.
• Proven ability to work directly with major banking partners such as JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, PNC, Bank of America, CIBC, RBC, BMO, and Scotiabank to design, validate, and deliver secure payment integrations.
• Ability to produce detailed Functional and Technical Specifications (FDD/TDD) and guide developers through full build and testing cycles.
• Hands-on experience with Infor M3 Security roles, access models, and tenant/STS configuration.
• Experience with cloud connectivity patterns, including API Gateways, secure file transfer (SFTP/AS2), token-based authentication, and OAuth flows.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot end-to-end integrations, including ION grids, MEC logs, IDM metadata, and external system payloads.
• Familiarity with Infor OS monitoring, BOD error analysis, and troubleshooting cross-application message failures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures) and SSIS for data integration and ETL processes
• Experience developing custom APIs and batch scripts for secure file transmission and encryption
• M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC) and Event Hub Web Service
• Ming.le platform for user experience and collaboration
• Data mapping, translation, and transformation capabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities
• Experience managing client relationships and serving as technical point of contact throughout project lifecycle

Good to have:
• Infor M3 Technical Certifications (CloudSuite or on-premise)
• Experience with multiple M3 versions and upgrade methodologies
• Familiarity with Infor Implementation Accelerator (IA) methodologies
• Experience with M3 backend database optimization
• Additional Infor OS certifications (Document Management, ION, etc.)
• Experience working with clients in process manufacturing, distribution, equipment rental, or footwear/apparel industries
• Experience with encryption and secure file transmission protocols
