Technical Expertise:
Possess solid technical skills in taxation.
Formulate recommendations and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
Learn new skills quickly and effectively share technical depth with team members.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and regulations.
Firm Knowledge and Philosophy:
Develop a complete understanding of the firm’s philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Stay conversant with the firm's opinions on financial matters.
Promote the most efficient operation of the firm by leveraging talents in staff management and training.
Decision-Making and Awareness:
Make broad decisions in the course of work.
