Responsible for providing pre-sales technical leadership and expert guidance to Arista Networks customers and partners. Work in-depth and hands-on with the customer and POC teams to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features. Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support. Provide direct feedback to product management and engineering, engage in the product development process. Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services. Author whitepapers and articles on technology and products.
