Job: Senior Support Analyst
Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC
Contract 6-month
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering field
5–8+ years of hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer
Minimum 3 years of experience developing or supporting MuleSoft APIs or comparable integration technologies
Knowledge of associated technologies such as Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
Nice to Have
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience including API management, data transformation, and flow design
Experience building monitoring and alerting dashboards using Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk
Familiarity with site reliability engineering best practice
Availability for 24x7 on-call rotation supporting critical production systems
