Medicare & Life Insurance Sales Agent (1099 – Inbound Calls)

Senior Solutions of Wisconsin is a growing, independent insurance agency seeking motivated 1099 Medicare & Life Insurance Sales Agents to handle inbound calls only—no cold calling. This role is ideal for independent agents looking for consistent opportunity, strong support, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

Take warm, inbound calls from individuals actively seeking Medicare and life insurance guidance

Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, PDPs, and life insurance products

Conduct compliant, needs-based consultations

Build and manage your own book of business

Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Active health and life insurance license (required)

Medicare certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with Medicare sales strongly preferred

Strong phone presence and consultative sales skills

Independent, self-motivated, and professional

Job Requirements:
Active Health Insurance License (Life license required or willingness to obtain)

Medicare certification (or ability to complete certification prior to taking calls)

Prior experience with Medicare, life insurance, or inbound insurance sales preferred

Ability to work 100emotely and handle inbound calls only

Self-motivated and comfortable working as a 1099 independent agent

Strong communication and customer service skills with a consultative sales approach

Ability to explain insurance products clearly and compliantly

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM and quoting systems

Compliance-focused with attention to documentation and carrier guidelines

Nice to Have (but not required):

Prior experience with Medicare Advantage, Supplements, PDPs, or final expense

Previous call-center or inbound sales experience

Licensed in multiple states
