Senior Software Engineer Job

Position Summary
Eternity Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the U.S. launch and technical implementation of its mobile healthcare platform. This role will focus on React Native-based mobile engineering, app performance optimization, localization of core product logic for U.S. users, and implementation of monetization systems tailored to the U.S. advertising environment. The position also involves technical coordination across product and engineering functions, support for scalable deployment processes, and transfer of core architectural and operational knowledge into the U.S. entity. The business plan specifically ties this role to mobile architecture optimization, U.S.-specific ad-tech integration, monetization engineering, and technical leadership for market entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s React Native mobile application for the U.S. market, including performance tuning, cross-platform architecture improvement, and adaptation for varied U.S. device and network environments.

• Implement and refine core application logic related to user engagement, rewards, onboarding, and other mobile product features in alignment with U.S. market and operational requirements.

• Build, integrate, and optimize monetization modules, including ad mediation, advertising network integration, bidding logic, and related revenue-focused engineering functions for the U.S. market.

• Support localization of app logic and technical implementation, including adjustments to reward systems, anti-fraud logic, and related mobile functionality to reflect U.S. user behavior and regulatory considerations.

• Collaborate with product, backend, data, and business teams to support experimentation, performance analysis, feature deployment, and technical decision-making.

• Contribute to technical leadership within the U.S. entity by supporting architecture transfer, engineering workflow improvement, and reliable deployment processes, including CI/CD and development operations.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have at least five (5) years of closely related professional experience in software engineering, mobile application development, or a similar role involving the design, development, optimization, and implementation of digital products or platforms.

Qualified experience must include:

• Strong experience with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, or closely related mobile application technologies, including cross-platform development for iOS and Android.
• Experience optimizing application performance, memory usage, loading speed, stability, or scalability in consumer-facing mobile or software products.
• Experience implementing or supporting core product logic such as user engagement features, onboarding flows, rewards systems, gamification features, or other behavioral product mechanisms in digital applications.
• Experience integrating, configuring, or optimizing monetization-related systems, such as advertising SDKs, ad mediation platforms, bidding logic, or related revenue-generating technical modules.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, backend, data, and business stakeholders, to support product launches, feature improvements, experimentation, or data-informed product decisions.
• Experience supporting engineering operations such as deployment workflow improvement, CI/CD processes, development environment setup, or other implementation processes that improve reliability and speed of delivery.
• Experience working effectively in fast-paced, innovation-driven, or growth-stage environments involving substantial project ownership, technical problem-solving, and coordination across multiple functions.
