1. Lead the innovation team in IT and cryptography, focusing on security, cryptanalysis, and related fields.
2. Develop, refine, and execute strategic research projects with an emphasis on cryptanalysis, security, networks, statistical randomness, error correcting codes, and data compression.
3. Turn research findings into real-world products in collaboration with the team.
4. File, monitor and manage patents, particularly for the RPC encryption system.
5. Mentor, guide, and collaborate with the company’s technical team to ensure the execution of research projects and the development of prototypes and final products.
6. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize research outcomes and ensure the commercial viability of innovations.
7. Manage and oversee the research budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
