Required Skills:
11–15 years of Program/Project Management experience leading large enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong experience managing SAP programs across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Expertise in enterprise restructuring, digital transformation, and cross-functional program delivery.
Strong experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and large-scale portfolio management.
Proven ability to manage integrated program schedules, dependencies, risks, and governance.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience supporting organizational change management and transition readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead DT workstreams supporting enterprise-wide restructuring initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and Agile Enablement.
Manage integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
Drive governance, execution cadence, and portfolio alignment across restructuring workstreams.
Support organizational change management, operational readiness, and compliance during system and process transitions.
Track KPIs, analyze program performance, and recommend improvements.
Ensure successful delivery by aligning business objectives with technology execution.
