Senior Sales Manager Job

Danieli Taranis, LLC (Chelsea, AL) to be responsible for selling upgrading and revamping projects, spare parts, and services to customers across the U.S. for the steel industry; coordinating customer technical support through technical meetings and service activities coordination; establishing sales strategies that maintain and expand customer base and grow the volume of business in line with the goals of executive management; coordinating the activities of the team, setting their goals, and evaluating performance, as well as suggesting any necessary changes to the team; ensuring strong partnerships with assigned customer middle and top management; leading technical discussions and commercial negotiations with customers; obtaining details of customer inquiries from sales and/or customer personnel; and leading market analysis, competition analysis, and sales forecasting and reporting. HS diploma. Must have five (5) years of previous work experience in the position offered or related. Must know (through academic training or work experience) drive engineering concept development of electrical and automation packages by analyzing mechanical design documents and customers’ specifications; commissioning of the bar spooling process; steel making process, including industrial power and control systems for steel making and rolling; QHeat Induction Heating Systems; HiProfile laser-based defect detection technology; Q-Reg digital electrode regulation system; QDrive Medium Voltage System; DNEXT CRM tool; AutoCAD; MS Visio; SIEMENS TIA configuration, Rockwell Integrated Automation Builder Software, ABB Sizer.
