THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, self-starter, and effective Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience in carrying and exceeding quotas and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives and technical decision makers. You must have killer communication skills and be a natural coach who thrives on helping reps succeed and keeping them team on track to smash quotas, every single month.
Reporting directly to the CEO you will carry out the following duties and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
● Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions, and tailor our proposals, architecture and implementation to meet their unique requirements.
● Mentor junior reps to level up their cold calling and objection-handling game.
● Balance and execute multiple client campaigns simultaneously without missing a beat.
● Collaborate with startup founders and product engineers to refine go-to-market messaging for manufacturing and engineering verticals.
● Create and deliver powerful presentations and customized product demos that clearly communicate our company’s products and services, and the uniqueness of the value proposition to customers.
● Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
● Collect and document competitive intelligence about products.
● Help clients with troubleshooting issues with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded solutions.
● Engage prospects and secure qualified meetings, recording sales data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
● Identifying areas for improvements, and communicating creative solutions, novel and innovative ideas to senior management.
● Work closely with your teammates to refine strategies, share insights, and optimize outreach for maximum impact.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline is required.
● 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
● Experience translating complex SaaS/AI capabilities into practical operational benefits.
● Working knowledge of cryptography and security standards.
● Seasoned in qualifying technical and commercial leads and opportunities and managing them through the sales funnel.
● Excellent presentation and communication skills.
● Extensive working knowledge of:
