Senior Sales Engineer Job

A Senior Sales Engineer is needed in Rincon, Georgia.

• Lead and oversee sales engineering operations for automotive component lines, including wiring harnesses, high-voltage terminals, connectors, and fuse systems, ensuring alignment with customer engineering specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to customer’s in-house engineering teams, advising on product performance standards, application fit, and system integration considerations
• Evaluate and analyze technical requirements and market conditions to develop sales strategies, identify new sales opportunities and influence product development priorities.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to introduce new technology and products in both existing and targeted growth markets.
• Develop and deliver high-level technical proposals, presentations, and competitive product analyses for executive-level customer audiences.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to current and prospective customers, recommending optimal system configurations and product improvements to enhance product performance.
• Provide engineering training to customers to ensure the product and related technology is positioned well within the customer’s product and system.
• Direct cross-functional coordination with R&D, production, and quality teams across headquarters and affiliate sites to resolve technical barriers, streamline project execution, and accelerate revenue growth.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 5 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing industry.
