About the Job Vacancy:
At this time, Team Global Inc. is looking to hire a professional Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and recruiting qualified candidates and assisting in the selection and placement of employees.

The duties of a Senior Recruitment Specialist will include:
• Provide dependable staffing and recruitment assistance, prepare job postings, and screen candidate profiles
• Receive and review candidate profiles, contact potential candidates to assess suitability
• Source potential candidates through internal databases and external networks, contact prospective applicants, and coordinate interviews and placements
• Coordinate and take part in candidate evaluation processes to assess qualifications and support hiring decisions
• Inform applicants of the outcome of the selection process and prepare and present employment offers on behalf of client employers
• Advise candidates on employment requirements, job expectations, and terms and conditions of employment
• Assist with onboarding coordination and facilitate communication between candidates and employers during the hiring and integration stages

A successful candidate must possess the following:
• Secondary School diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in HR staffing or recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent English skills

Compensation and Conditions:
Pay for this position will be $36.00 per hour. A regular work week will consist of 35 hours. Applicable overtime pay will apply after 44 hours/week.
