Senior R&D Specialist - American Jerky Company, LLC - Ontario, CA.
Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology, or a related field; or foreign equivalent; 24 months of experience in pet food research and development; Experience must include the following: 1) developing and optimizing pet food product formulations using food science principles and ingredient functionality knowledge; 2) evaluating raw materials, conducting laboratory testing, and optimizing processes and 3) preparing technical documentation and performing related R&D in compliance with food safety requirements.
