Job Description:
- Lead the scale-up of food product formulations from lab prototypes to pilot plant and full-scale commercial production, ensuring consistency, safety, and manufacturability.
- Oversee commercialization project timelines, risk assessments, and milestone tracking from concept to first production run.
- Design and validate process parameters suitable for large-scale food production environments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute plant trials and production runs, working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful commercialization.
- Troubleshoot process issues during scale-up and make real-time recommendations to resolve formulation, equipment, or process deviations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and cost targets.
- Document technical procedures, formulation changes, and scale-up protocols for regulatory and internal reference.
- Conduct functional and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and consumer acceptability post-scale-up.

Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nutrition & Food Science, or a closely related field of study
- One-year experience in micro testing, product development, developing, reviewing, and revising SOPs, and daily quality checks on WIP.
- Hands-on proficiency in critical laboratory instruments and techniques widely used in food science research and industry, including pH Meter, Texture Analyzer, Viscometer, and Microbiological Testing Methods.
