Job Description:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements;
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to implement process improvements, such as lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies;
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence;
• Establish quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products;
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications;
• Develop and implement product testing protocols, including durability, performance, and reliability testing;
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their ability to meet quality requirements through regular audits and assessments;
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions;
• Identify and assess potential quality risks within the production process and supply chain;
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues and minimize their impact;
• Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all quality-related activities;
• Provide training to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices;
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement; and
• Prepare regular reports on key quality metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or other closely related field of study;
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, including at least one (1) year of experience in automotive parts quality control, quality assurance, or a closely related quality function; and
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing quality standards, quality-control procedures, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, production-process improvement, and quality-data analysis.
