Senior Product Designer Job

Position Summary
Eternity Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product design strategy, UX/UI localization, and design operations for the U.S. launch and growth of its AI healthcare platform. This role will be responsible for adapting core product experiences for U.S. users, implementing scalable design systems and workflows, and supporting cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and business teams. The position requires strong experience in digital product design, healthcare or wellness-focused user experience, design systems, and market-oriented product execution in fast-paced technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end product design for Eternity Sciences’ U.S. digital health platform, including UX strategy, interface design, user flows, and ongoing product refinement.

• Localize global product direction for the U.S. market by adapting user experiences, design standards, and interface structures to local user needs and behaviors.

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, visual standards, and operational processes that support efficient collaboration, design implementation, and quality assurance.

• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to translate product strategy and market needs into effective, market-ready design solutions.

• Support go-to-market initiatives and the growth of the U.S. design function by ensuring consistency across customer-facing experiences and contributing to internal process and team development.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have at least five (5) years of closely related professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, service design, or a similar role involving the design, localization, and implementation of digital products or platforms.

Qualified experience must include:

• Experience leading or substantially owning end-to-end design for digital products, including UX/UI design, user flows, interface development, and product refinement for mobile applications, web-based platforms, or other consumer-facing digital services.

• Experience developing and managing design systems, visual frameworks, and standardized design processes, while maintaining consistency across product and brand touchpoints.

• Experience working cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into effective product design solutions.

• Experience using research, user feedback, testing, or iterative design methods to improve usability, user engagement, and overall product experience.

• Experience performing effectively in fast-paced, innovation-driven, or growth-stage environments, including project ownership, design leadership, and coordination of implementation or quality control processes.
