Job Description:
Senior Principal Consultant is needed to perform the following duties :
• Drive the creation of innovative solutions that address client needs and improve performance by transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions using industry-leading methodologies.
• Design\Architect and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud applications for Human Capital Management, which caters to the Employee lifecycle by streamlining HR Processes for global population, diversity and workforce management, optimizing performance with Talent/Performance/compensation management and workforce analytics for client business teams, partners and support functions.
• Architect and Implement end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud application, for modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time, and Labor, Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management across various industry verticals from Banking, Retail, Lifesciences, and Engineering Industries.
• Work with business teams from Scoping Study, Conducting Workshops, Transform AS-IS process to TO-BE process, Provide Fit-Gap Analysis, Analyzing gaps and providing work around, Solution Design, Conducting Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live activities and supporting Post-Go-Live activities.
• Work on POCs to handle complex requirements like mid pay periods FLSA transfer, payroll frequencies, garnishments setups and balance mapping
• Create complex flow patterns to meet operational demands of the client and configure payroll objects on Oracle Cloud.
• Prepare Setup, Requirement and Functional specification documents; design the solution and configuration documents. Work on the Functional design for the customization
• Build Data Migration utilities to extract data from legacy applications, transform and load data to Fusion HCM Cloud products. Use existing cloud-based tools like HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader and SQL based queries to load data in Fusion cloud HCM.
• Liaising with Oracle support and CSM to expedite SRs and work with them closely to understand product improvement.
• Building Use-Case Diagrams, High Level Documents, System Architecture Diagrams, System Integration Strategies.
• Support different customers globally across sites, markets and regional service centers using well-built support tools like JIRA, Remedy tools, and always adhered to SLAs. Identified the issue and defined optimistic solutions.
• Resolved Critical Application Issues/Technical Production level 1 Issues by performing Root Cause Analysis, using strong debugging techniques, and implementing new solutions apt to the requirement.
• Collaboration with various technical teams, Strong Understanding of business flows and integrated upstream & downstream applications.
• Log analysis techniques and problem investigation skills. Capable of providing alternate solutions to avoid business process interruptions without compromising on compliance
• Product Support on Oracle Agile suite of applications. Troubleshoot customer issues relating to agile workflow, reports, administration, roles & Privileges and other functionalities. Involved in solving the customer queries globally.
• Configure Roles and privileges with division-level security, with an effective security model. Worked on Change Control Procedure for all Configurational changes of Agile. Preparation and execution of System Test Cases/Plans for the required Configurational changes of Agile.
• Responsible for Team training activities, prioritizing workload, managing the planning and co-ordination of document updates and Process enhancements.
Bachelor Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems or Electrical and Communication Engineering
