Job Description:
• Lead the planning and scheduling of major construction projects, including industrial construction and operational management projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time. Identify potential delays and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure materials, labor, and equipment are properly allocated and utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior management to ensure effective communication and timely execution.
• Develop and implement safety programs, ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the project.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed, and deliverables meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement best practices in project execution.

Job Requirements:
• Expertise in project management, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of civil and mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-cultural teams.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and related experience in planning management.
