Required Skills:
5–10+ years of experience in enterprise network administration, configuration, and management.
Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, MPLS).
Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SDA, ISE, and DNAC.
Experience with Aruba Wireless (ClearPass, AirWave) and Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator).
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, VoIP, Wireless, Firewalls, Satellite Communications, and Cloud Networking.
Experience with hybrid cloud, network monitoring, and infrastructure upgrades.
Strong troubleshooting, project delivery, and vendor management skills.
Experience in maritime, cruise, transportation, or shipboard environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCDA, or CCDP.
Cisco DevNet Professional/Expert.
Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP).
Fortinet NSE 4–7.
AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
