Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator Job

1. System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement computer systems and infrastructure based on business requirements to ensure high availability, high performance and disaster recovery. This involves electronic components (server hardware) and software selection, virtualization setup, network configuration, and system integration.

2. Infrastructure As A Service (IaaS) Cloud Computing Environments Management: Deploying and managing virtualized environments using VMware technologies such as vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vCloud Director. This includes electronic configuring and maintaining hypervisors (physical servers), managing storage and network resources, and ensuring high availability and performance of virtualized infrastructure.

3. System Monitoring and Optimization: Employs electronic tools and technologies to track and analyze the performance and health of virtualized infrastructure and applications. Analyze system (both hardware and software) performance metrics, conduct capacity planning, and optimise system resources to meet performance objectives。

4. Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) Infrastructure Management: Implement the backup infrastructure and maintain best practices for Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), safeguarding electronic data through regular backups and implementing strategies to mitigate potential data loss or system failures.

5. Perform new electronic technology product evaluations regarding IaaS and DRaaS environment by participating in the engineering design, implementation, testing, and evaluation of new solutions, servers, supporting applications, systems, and processes and procedures.

6. Project Management: Leading or participating in projects related to system upgrades, migrations, or new system implementations. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

1. A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent foreign degree.

2. Must have 2 years full-time working experiences in the following areas:

a. Server and storage hardware architectures, including processors, memory, storage devices, RAID configurations, and networking interfaces.

b. Using VMware's Cloud Technology to manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storages.

c. Managing, maintaining, and optimizing the computer systems based on both Windows and Linux platforms, to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of these systems.
