Senior MEP Estimator Job

We are looking for an Senior MEP Estimator that can assist the estimating team with various estimates for vertical buildings in the markets of commercial, education, sports, healthcare, mixed use, multifamily and government installations.

Graduate degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or construction-related technology, OR other Bachelor's level degree and extensive and related work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge, skills and abilities described above
Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience with complex Vertical Building projects
Exceptionally strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to perform duties in wide-ranging physical and climatic conditions, heights and negotiation of complex stair structures#LI-MO1
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
