Job Summary:
Client is seeking a senior engineer to lead mechanical design for custom LV/MV switchgear using Inventor or SolidWorks. The role includes designing enclosures/components, ensuring UL/NEMA compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:
• 10+ years mechanical design (switchgear/industrial equipment preferred)
• Strong 3D CAD skills (Inventor/SolidWorks)
• Expertise in sheet metal, enclosure design, and manufacturability
• Strong communication and leadership

Preferred:
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Experience with LV/MV switchgear, thermal/ mechanical analysis, or FEA
