Job Description:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate competitors, monitor technological trends, and understand consumer preferences, specifically in cinematography and photography equipment sectors, ensuring a thorough understanding of where Tilta stands in the market.
2. Gather and analyze customer feedback from multiple channels to better understand behaviors and preferences, using this information to refine market segmentation and tailor marketing strategies that meet the nuanced needs of Tilta's diverse customer base.
3. Work closely with the product development team to align market research insights with product positioning, ensuring Tilta's offerings meet market demands and enhance competitive advantage.
4. Develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage Tilta’s technological strengths and address the identified needs of targeted customer segments.
5. Collaborate with the advertising team to assess and refine marketing campaigns, focusing on optimizing customer engagement and increasing brand awareness.
6. Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and product launches, generating data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
7. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to maintain consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment, presenting findings to senior management to support informed decisions.

Job Requirements:
- At least a master’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or its foreign equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in consumer insights and market research within the consumer goods industry, including home appliances and consumer electronics.
- Must be proficient in data analytics tools, including Qualtrics, HootSuite, Meltwater, and Tableau, to drive product decisions based on insights.
- Must have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative market research, using methods including A/B testing, web analytics, surveys, market segmentation, social listening, and focus groups to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
