About the Role

Glansa Canada Inc. is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager – Supply Chain Systems to lead enterprise-level WMS programs, Yard management, automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across multiple global sites. This role will oversee strategy, architecture, and implementation for Blue Yonder WMS–based warehouse modernization projects, including integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, Intelligate YMS, warehouse automation systems, and reporting platforms. The position requires a combination of deep domain expertise, hands-on architectural oversight, and strategic delivery management experience in large-scale, multi-site supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Solution Leadership

• Direct multi-site WMS implementation and upgrade programs leveraging Blue Yonder WMS, SAP ECC, Intelligate YMS and automation tools.


• Define and govern end-to-end delivery strategy — requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment — for warehouse transformation projects.


• Partner with businesses and IT teams to streamline outbound, inbound, and inventory workflows across regions.


• Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual effort in stock reconciliation, order fulfillment, and data validation.

Architecture & Technical Oversight

• Lead architecture review for system design, data flows, and integration with ERP and automation systems.


• Provide technical oversight on MOCA, PL/SQL, and integration frameworks, ensuring adherence to performance and scalability standards.


• Supervise development of custom accelerators for data migration, configuration transport, and test automation.


• Champion the use of analytics and monitoring tools to improve warehouse performance KPIs.


• Expertise in AI strategy, use case development pertaining to WMS & YMS, AI agent development and implementation with hands-on exposure to WMS and YMS platforms.

Process Optimization & Innovation

• Develop frameworks for process automation, exception management, and continuous improvement within supply chain systems.


• Guide project team to develop optimized database support mechanisms to avoid DB locks and auto fixing.


• Evaluate and adopt digital solutions that enhance warehouse efficiency and decision-making.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to build proof-of-concept tools for productivity and data accuracy of cycle test frameworks.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage directly with enterprise clients and vendors (Blue Yonder, SAP) to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality.


• Manage commercial aspects including project budgets, vendor contracts, and delivery performance.


• Provide executive-level reporting and governance updates to stakeholders.


• Ability to synthesize complex AI trends, models, and technologies into actionable business strategies.

Team & Capability Development

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of functional analysts, architects, and technical SMEs.


• Foster collaboration across global delivery centers (Canada, US, Europe and India) to ensure project scalability and knowledge continuity.


• Enforce governance, change management, and audit compliance for system enhancements and rollouts.


• Onboard, and conduct performance reviews for analysts, engineers, and technicians; create individualized development plans and training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Technology, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).


• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain technology, with 5 years managing enterprise WMS programs (preferably Blue Yonder/JDA) and YMS Product.


• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.


• Proven track record managing multi-site warehouse automation or modernization programs in enterprise environments.


• Technical fluency in MOCA, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and database management (Oracle/SQL Server).


• Demonstrated success in program governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.


• Experience working with clients in Consumer Goods, Retail.


• Exposure to DevOps or Agile delivery methodologies preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS with SAP ECC/S4HANA and Intelligate YMS.


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive process standardization across global operations.


• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural leadership skills.


• Hands-on familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, BY Reporting).
