Senior Manager - Service Delivery Job

Job Duties: Manage day to day technical operations of the assigned project along with significant issues related to technology domains and troubleshooting through incident management for Compute, applications, network, and stake holder technical communications. Train and mentor of people within the assigned program on troubleshooting skills. Participate in technical reviews with customer. Responsible for delivering the defined KPI and Goals. Drive an initiative and technical projects for the customer along with the responsibility of customer retention. Ensure that the program runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Participate in managing and governing internal and external escalation from tactical, technical and delivery. Responsible for Managing and responding to customer escalations related to technical issues efficiently with CA and PA. Identify and manage Project technical risk assessment and devise mitigation plans. Evaluate overall technical standpoint performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics for improve skills. Drive improvements related to customer support processes. Drive customer satisfaction by providing a transparent view of the SLA performance, initiative and value add delivered to the stakeholders.

Education: Three years of university studies in any field. *Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable. Foreign academic equivalence acceptable

Experience: Twenty four (24) months experience in the job offered, Project Manager or similar position

Required Skills: Experience with utilizing ServiceNow ticketing tool for creating views and extracting data, and supporting large-scale Infra project implementation through tactile strategic planning (Exin, Agile Scrum Master,
PMP, ITIL, and AWS)
