Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Identify the potential data lapses, inconsistencies and other variables that are impacting the effectiveness of data formulas and related, proprietary services, leading to a surge in call volumes accords categories. Understand factors behind deviations in care call volumes, to reduce the time taken currently to identify root causes. Implement specialized Random Forest and CHAID models, based on internally developed data science schema, to shortlist important features that are impacting each category of anomalies. Support the ongoing development of the proprietary PowerBI Dashboard to track and understand the causation of the call volume surge. Track the Net promoters score to understand the impact of Tredence Transactional Metrics (TTMs) on the customer experience, for both online and offline data channels. Support development of regression model to identify the major drivers of NPS and ensure customer satisfaction. Design and support the ongoing development of our proprietary NPS Dashboard for tracking and understanding the reason behind various drops in our client’s customer satisfaction ratings, over a given period.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SAS (Base & Macros); Teradata SQL; Knime; Python; VBA; Hive; Spark; Tableau; PowerBI; MS Office Suite; Rshiny; Shell Script; IPython Notebook; Microsoft Azure Cloud; Azure Data Factory; DataBricks, and; Snowflake. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S. Supervise eight (8) subordinate employees.
