Senior Manager of Sales Operations Job

• Lead a cross-functional department, managing Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning to drive operational excellence and strategic goals.
• Ensure alignment between production, sales planning and market demand, determining optimal procurement volumes, optimizing inventory levels and reducing operational inefficiencies.
• Oversee order allocation and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high service levels.
• Supervise customer/dealer risk evaluation, commission calculations, and monitor sales performance to ensure alignment with business targets. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with customer credit, sales performance, and commission accuracy.
• Lead the data team to design and implement automated data pipelines, enhancing market expansion and enabling more efficient, data-driven decision-making across functions.
• Collaborate with executive teams to enhance operational efficiency, improve market capture, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Contribute to product pricing, cost, and margin optimization initiatives to improve sales performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field of study.
• Two years’ experience in a managerial role overseeing cross-functional teams of SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning).
• Proficiency in developing automation tools and designing data pipelines, with hands-on experience in system integration, database management, and data visualization using tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
