Position Title: Senior Manager - Data Analytics
Location: 1900 Camden Ave., Suite 66, San Jose, CA 95124
Position Responsibilities: Oversee complex data analytics and information technology projects. Brainstorm with clients/onsite and internal teams to define a problem. Translate the business problem into an analytical problem. Identify internal and external data requirements for solving the analytical problem. Solving the analytical problem using concepts from mathematics, statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. Translate the solution to a business solution and create artefacts that can help communicate the solution to clients, such as dashboards, power point slides, excel sheets etc. Lead CXM engagements and provide best-in-class solution to our clients. Work hands on and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal stakeholders. Work in a challenging environment with smart peer group. Develop product and accelerator strategy for CXM practice at Tredence. Be part of CXM pre-sales organization and drive lower funnel conversions.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Python; R; BigQuery; Google Cloud; Google Analytics; AI/ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, & deep learning); Tableau; Power BI; Looker; C#; .Net; SQL; MS Office; Jira, and; Rally. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
