Wage: $388,918
Position Responsibilities: Gather requirements from the client on business needs. Prepare the scope of the project to ensure the requirements are met. Prepare project timelines with checkpoints for project milestones to track and monitor progress. Craft the approach and methodology that would be employed for solving the business problem at hand. Validate the approach designed with the client business team (white box method) so there is alignment from all stakeholders of the project. Execute projects with an onshore and offshore team of analysts and data engineers. Provide frequent (daily stand-ups, weekly readouts and monthly business reviews) project updates to the client stakeholders based on the progress made. Provide business support to the implemented projects and provide timely resolutions based on the severity of the issue. Set work related career goals and performance rating to the team members who report to me based on organization guidelines. Actively participate in hiring drives and events to induct newer folks into the team and organization. Conduct learning sessions for the new joiners on technical skills.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Python; SQL; Teradata; MySQL; Snowflake; Visual Basic; R Language; Tableau; Power BI; SAS; Advanced Statistical Algorithms (Regression, Forecasting, Clustering, & Segmentation); MS Dynamics, and; Salesforce CRM. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
