Senior Living Advisor Job

The Senior Living Advisor meets with various referral sources (hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, long term care facilities, physician offices, etc) within the assigned geography to build trusting relationships and to gain referrals. The Senior Living Advisor generates sales referrals, responds to information, maintains regular contact with existing leads and prospects, to help achieve the company sales goals. The Senior Living Advisor will then work with families and our contracted communities to assist in identifying the best senior living community while maintaining the highest professional and service standards.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
Proven sales experience with at least one year of marketing/sales experience in the senior living industry.
Must be goal oriented and enjoy working with seniors and their families.
Strong interpersonal and public communication skills. Comfortable working within our online placement software.
Touring with prospective residents and families through communities and offering an overview of the communities.
Counsel with families and assist in decision-making.
Collaborate and communicate with community health care professionals to secure referrals on a regular and ongoing basis by building strong working relationships with referral sources.
Drivers license
