A global technology innovator in the advanced electronics and semiconductor space is seeking a senior-level quality leader to oversee customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and product reliability performance at scale. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and deep technical knowledge in customer-facing quality functions.

This position plays a critical leadership role, serving as a direct liaison between technical teams and global clients, and requires extensive experience with complex manufacturing and high-reliability environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team focused on customer quality, field performance, and root cause resolution.
• Act as the central point of contact for customer quality matters, including escalations, audits, and process reviews.
• Drive issue investigation and resolution using structured methodologies (such as 8D), ensuring traceable and timely corrective actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and testing teams to close feedback loops and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer-driven change requests, documentation, and product qualification processes.
• Support global client relationships through regular site visits (~60% travel) and consistent, solution-focused communication.


Job Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing quality roles within the semiconductor or advanced electronics industry.
• Proven ability to lead quality engineering teams and manage complex global customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle, and quality compliance standards.
• Strong expertise in 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis, and technical report writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Availability to travel internationally up to 60%.
• Bonus: Mandarin language skills highly preferred (written and verbal).
