Need 5 years of experience as Industrial Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or a closely related occupation, including 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and industrial process optimization within high-volume or precision manufacturing environments; implementing quality assurance and quality control methodologies, including defect analysis and corrective action processes; applying lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction strategies; and analyzing production data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to support decision-making. Job duties: Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations to meet organizational and customer requirements. Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Develop and implement cost optimization strategies by evaluating production data, resource utilization, and operational performance metrics. Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures; investigate production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Provide technical oversight of manufacturing processes, including machinery selection, process engineering, and equipment optimization. Lead implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to support production and new product introduction. Evaluate project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure production goals are achieved within budget and schedule constraints. Supervise and manage production personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. Utilize data-driven analysis to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Interface with internal management and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on production objectives and quality standards.
