Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Workplace Technology
Expert in Okta and One Identity Active Roles Server (ARS)
Strong experience implementing SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Hands-on experience with SCIM provisioning and identity lifecycle automation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management, Zoom, and Box
Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, MFA, and access governance
Strong production support, troubleshooting, and ticket management experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Okta, One Identity ARS, and enterprise IAM solutions.
Configure and maintain SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and identity federation.
Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, Zoom, and Box administration.
Provide production support, incident resolution, and access management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement secure identity solutions.
Ensure IAM processes comply with security, governance, and organizational standards.
