Years of Experience:2.5 years to 5 years (Talent Hunting & Bulk Hiring)
Salary Package: 3+ LPA +(Negotiable)
Required Skills:
 Proven work experience as a Senior HR recruiter or Similar role.
 Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
 Excellent interpersonal, decision -making, and communication Skills.
 Experience with sourcing techniques.
 Client and Candidate handling experience required.

Job Responsibility:

 Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy.
 Produce and update job specification and descriptions.
 Post job ads on the company website, social media Channels, and relevant job boards.
 Evaluate resumes, Cover letters, and job application
 Perform interviews and evaluate the candidate skills, knowledge, and experience.
 Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection Process.
