Job Responsibilities
• Develop and produce visually compelling multimedia content, including graphics, illustrations, animations, videos and interactive digital assets, supporting the company’s digital platforms, digital products, brand development, marketing campaigns, landing pages, promotional materials and creator community initiatives.
• Consult and collaborate with product managers, marketing specialists, photographers, software developers and other stakeholders to analyze project requirements, establish design objectives, develop creative concepts and deliver effective visual communication solutions.
• Design and enhance user interface (UI) graphics, user experience (UX) elements and interactive multimedia components for websites, mobile applications and digital platforms to improve usability, accessibility, user engagement and overall product experience.
• Research emerging design trends, multimedia technologies, AI-assisted creative tools and industry best practices, evaluate their practical application, and recommend innovative design solutions to improve creative quality, workflow efficiency and user experience.
• Develop, organize and maintain multimedia assets, including images, videos, illustrations, audio and other digital media, while establishing consistent visual standards, ensuring brand integrity, and maintaining compliance with copyright and intellectual property requirements.
• Review, test and refine multimedia designs to ensure visual consistency, functionality, performance and compatibility across multiple devices, browsers and digital platforms while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
• Coordinate with software developers, content creators, photographers and cross-functional teams to integrate multimedia elements into digital products, websites and online services, ensuring accurate implementation of design specifications and a consistent user experience.
• Prepare storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, mockups and presentation materials to communicate design concepts, facilitate stakeholder feedback and support product development, brand initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Lead multiple multimedia design projects simultaneously, establish project priorities, coordinate design deliverables, resolve design challenges and ensure projects are completed on schedule while meeting the company’s visual branding, quality and business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise, design recommendations and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement of creative processes, promote design consistency, and maintain high-quality visual communication standards across digital products and marketing initiatives.
