RTY Logistics is a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry. As a Senior Financial Manager at RTY Logistics, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and managing its financial health. You will develop and establish objectives for the company, oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial management and reporting. Your role will involve developing strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and expand our presence in new markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Mission and Strategic Financial Direction
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead the firm’s budgeting process, ensure that it is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.

2. Departmental Structure and Control
• Authorize and oversee the establishment of major departments within the organization.
• Approve and oversee human resources planning, including staffing needs, training programs, and performance management.
• Establish and enforce financial and administrative controls, allocate financial resources effectively across departments to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Approve, and oversee promotional campaigns to enhance the company's market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure financial stability.
• Find opportunities to reduce costs and apply strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor liquidity to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Manage working capital to support both daily activities and strategic initiatives.

3. Representation and Engagement
• Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external engagements.
• Maintain open lines of communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a collaborative work environment.

4. Oversight and Reporting:
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of company’s established objectives and strategies.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring that financial practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the financial team.

5. Professional Development
• Promote an environment of ongoing learning and career growth.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial stability.
