Job Description:
Celnet is hiring experienced Senior Field Technicians / Integrators to support Ericsson network deployments across multiple markets. If you have strong hands-on integration experience and are ready to work on large-scale telecom projects, we want to hear from you.
Position: Senior Field Technician / Integrator
Locations: Minnesota (Minneapolis) & Nationwide
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Work Location: On the road
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and test Ericsson Basebands (BB6651, BB6648, BB6630) and DUS41 Controllers.
Perform E911 call testing and data speed testing.
Read and interpret Cross Connect Sheets and RFDS.
Installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of Fiber, Ethernet, grounding, and AC/DC cabling.
Load software and scripts for system configuration.
Provide on-site troubleshooting support as needed.
Complete close-out documentation and track installed/decommissioned assets.
Maintain detailed activity and issue logs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overnight shifts, and travel within the assigned market.
Requirements:
Ericsson Certified Field Integrator (Required)
3+ years of Ericsson Integration experience (Required)
Minimum 6–12 months of commissioning and integration experience
Previous experience at AT&T HUB locations
Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, Cell Site Routers, and OEM cabinets
Experience uploading software and scripts
Must own personal hand tools
Strong communication skills
Certifications (Required):
OSHA-10
CPR / First Aid (In-person)
Blood Borne Pathogen
RF Awareness
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Must pass background check and drug test
Willingness to travel within respective market
