Senior Esthetician Job

Kalani Spa is currently looking for a permanent and full-time Senior Esthetician.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform skincare services such as facials and body scrubs/wraps
• Train and educate staff and new hires on the company’s services and products to ensure every employee upholds the quality levels and protocols expected
• Attend continuing education programs and regular staff meetings to keep skills updated with the newest methods and technologies
• Sell additional products and services in a simple but professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home
• Explain how the service will affect the client’s skin and offer advice on which service is best for them
• Accurate record keeping of client files and inventories

Compensation:
$34.15 hour + tips and bonus (based on performance), 4% vacation pay

Education, Skills and Experiences:
• Completion of college or beauty school programs for estheticians
• At least 5 years of experience as an Esthetician
• Knowledge of skin care and skin physiology
• Up-to-date knowledge and deep understanding of skincare product ingredients and formulations

• English communication skills
