Position Title: Senior Engagement Lead
Location: 400 Oyster Point Blvd # 213, South San Francisco, CA 94080
Position Responsibilities: Leverage emerging business intelligence technologies and best practices to solve challenges in the healthcare/pharma industry. Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications. Develop relationships with the client leadership to act as a thought leader and propose new avenues for both client and ProcDNA growth in terms of offerings. Work with clients to structure, analyze and model the data to solve complex business problems. Design and run data analysis for helping clients with strategic decision-making alongside managing the team internally. This would include designing, implementing, and improving statistical models, business intelligence, and other analytical tools. Develop and implement innovative solutions along with coaching, guiding, and mentoring Team Leads in the team. Have a proactive and not reactive approach to work when needed. Build and ideate internal offerings to help the company/team grow on aspects beyond project/client work.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, OR a related field PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: structuring and conducting data analyses; SQL; Python; Databricks; Snowflake; Excel; Tableau; evaluating data assets of external data providers to support data purchase decisions; creating forecasting models based on macro-economic factors and business trends, and; root cause analyses. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30% as required.
