Job Title: Senior End-to-End Integration QA Engineer (Healthcare APIs)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of REST APIs and healthcare integrations.
Validate HL7 FHIR APIs, payloads, authentication, schemas, and error handling.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and CMS regulatory compliance across integrated systems.
Design, automate, and execute functional, integration, regression, and API test scenarios.
Develop test strategies, estimates, acceptance criteria, and test evidence.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, System Demos, and Release Retrospectives.
Collaborate with development, product, and integration teams to ensure successful feature delivery.

Required Skills:

10+ years of QA experience with strong API & Integration Testing
Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR, REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability
Experience validating API payloads, authentication, headers, schemas, and error handling
Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and end-to-end system testing
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulatory compliance, and data validation
