Job Description:
Lead overall construction operations for projects in the EV battery, semiconductor, and energy sectors; develop and implement operational strategies that ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient project execution; align project performance with company objectives, budgets, and timelines; provide direction to project managers and field teams to ensure consistent standards of delivery across all U.S. projects; promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence; ensure training and development programs align with company goals and evolving technical standards; recommend necessary HR personnel decisions, such as the hiring, firing, promoting, and disciplining of his subordinate employees; oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects; approve project budgets, monitor financial performance, and manage risk and contingency planning; supervise integration of mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems within cleanroom & dryroom, which are most crucial element to high-tech products, and controlled environments; coordinate with engineering and design partners to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance; drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies, prefabrication, and modular installation practices; support corporate expansion into new high-tech markets through relationship-building and strategic project pursuits; lead business development efforts, particularly in EV battery, semiconductor, cleanroom & dryroom and power industries, managing relationships with key clients; represent the company at industry events and enhance its public profile;

Job Requirements:
Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering field.
7 years of experience in industrial and plant construction management and cost and subcontract management for international mega construction projects.
