Senior Director, Implementations Job

Assess customer needs and work together with the customer to come up with solutions to key customer problems and business objectives, while aligning with Machinify’s goals. Act as a trusted partner to Machinify’s clients to manage product and project implementations on time and within budget. Work with a matrixed team (product, data, engineering, operations, etc.) to plan and deploy solutions against the challenging problems in the healthcare industry. Identify processes that need to be automated to optimize efficiency as well as processes that need to be streamlined. Implement solutions that enable our clients to scale and easily drive adoption while ensuring a great experience. Understand client needs and work with Machinify teams to implement solutions to key customer problems while aligning with Machinify’s goals. Collaborate with internal teams to create an easy-to-work-with implementation experience for clients. Utilize a hands-on approach to develop an implementation playbook for scalable and repeatable implementations. Manage overall project delivery, including charters, kickoffs, project plans, requirement gathering, progress meetings, and similar, in collaboration with a matrixed team/delivery pod. Be the connective tissue between customer and tech and ops teams by clearly articulating and translating business asks to technical and operations teams. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers and use them to drive continuous improvement. Identify business gaps and work with tech teams to help achieve objectives. Analyze and monitor trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address them. Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with forward-deployed engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline as well as customer and product engineering teams to build bespoke workflows for new user groups. Position may manage direct reports (customer success managers).

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering management, information technology project management, or a related occupation.

Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a technical project management-related occupation.

Skills: Minimum one (1) year of experience required in each of the following skills: project and program management, using MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence; Agile and Waterfall methodologies; enterprise software deployment using Salesforce, Data migration, or Teradata; Cloud-based architecture; API integration and data migration; SQL and data visualization tools including Power BI; KPI tracking dashboards and performance metrics; implementation of Change Management Frameworks, using IBM Blueworks Live or MS Visio; single sign-on integrations using SAML and OIDC; system implementation lifecycle management (SDLC); integration of EHR and EMR systems with health management platforms.
