Senior DevOps Engineer – GitHub Enterprise Cloud (EMU)

Required Skills:
Strong experience administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud (EMU) or GitHub Enterprise Server.
Expertise in GitHub Enterprise Administration, governance, organizations, teams, branch protection, rulesets, and repository management.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, self-hosted runners, and Actions Runner Controller (ARC) on Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) including CodeQL, Dependabot, Secret Scanning, and security governance.
Experience with Terraform, GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs, GitHub CLI (gh), GitHub Apps, and webhook automation.
Experience implementing OIDC, SAML/SCIM SSO, Entra ID (Azure AD) or Okta integrations.
Strong experience with CI/CD modernization and migration from Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps to GitHub.
Experience integrating GitHub with Jira, ServiceNow, Slack/Teams, artifact repositories, and observability platforms.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Platform Engineering.
Excellent scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience implementing GitHub Copilot governance and enterprise adoption.
Knowledge of Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
Experience defining DORA metrics, audit reporting, and developer productivity dashboards.
Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise billing and cost optimization (Actions, Packages, GHAS).
